2-Piece Plate Pier Systems

• Easy surface mount installation.
• May be used for round columns (custom manufactured - see information below).
• Use for lifts up to 4".
• All plate pier systems include:
  • Pier bracket.
  • Top pier platform.
  • 14 feet of pier pipe (including starter section).

Order separately: Two pier pins (two Grade 8 bolts for 4-1/2" pier) and pier shims. Eight anchor bolts per pier are required (Contact us for anchor bolt specifications).

NOTE: Anchor bolts not supplied by Chance^® Civil Construction.

Standard finish is mill steel (except AP2-PP-3500.165[PA], which has "Flow Coat" corrosion protection on the pier pipe standard). Specify finish within brackets [*] when ordering.
